Team Coaching International (TCI)

Team Coaching International provides resources to equip teams and team leaders with the know-how to improve business results with teams and ways to measure performance. In today's organisations, the pressure is on to do more with less. At the same time, there is growing emphasis on the team as the medium to improve results. Unfortunately most teams and team leaders lack the training needed to be effective in the world of teams. As a result, it's no suprise that most teams underperform - in fact, more than 90% underperform according to our team data.

It doesn't have to be that way. We've learned what top performing teams do consistently and have created ways to transfer that know-how to teams and team leaders. We also train experienced executive coaches, consultants, HR sepcialists and OD practitioners in the Team Diagnostic model and provide a certification programme to facilitate the Team Diagnostic Assessment.

Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)

The Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) is a statistically reliable, cross-culturally valid measure of intercultural competence adapted from the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity.
