Definition of Mentoring

Mentoring is a developmental partnership though which one person shares knowledge, skills, information and perspectives to foster the personal and professional growth of someone else. We all have a need for insight which is outside out normal life and experience. The power of mentoring is that it creates a one-of-a-kind opportunity for collaboration, goal achievement and problem-solving.

Why use me as a Mentor?

Well because that is what I have done all my life and, more importantly, I have created the fantastic business and personal life I have now by stepping into leadership myself. By taking risks, by asking for what I want and sticking around long enough to see if I have to negotiate and by unconditionally trusting myself and my passion along the way.

I use my experience as a Sales executive, Business Development Consultant and Marketing Manager of 20 years and combine that with my Leadership and Coaching experience and there you have a marriage made in heaven.
