Ronnie graduated from the CTI's Leadership training in Spain during 2007. She has developed her leadership development programme, called 'Will the real you please stand up?' which is a series of five day workshops which is aimed at anyone who wants to lead, at work, at home or anywhere else for that matter - it is about finding your most Authentic self. Her intermediate authentic Leadership workshops will be available to the general public during 2008. See our Events page for details and workshop schedules and prices.

Coming soon in 2008 - Authentic Team Leadership - the Development Programme for Team Leaders. Consisting of a combination of experiential, contextual workshops and in between coaching and reading this Team leadership programme will help you understand how to lead your team from within, how to create the community you desire and how to create harmony and the safe environment for all voices of the team to heard without judgement or fear of speaking out. Personal Development and learning is a very important part of staying ahead of the game in Coaching and leadership Development. Ronnie has completed Team Coaching International's Team Diagnostics training and is now a certified Team Diagnostics Facilitator. She has also completed the Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching Program run by Centre for the Right Relationship (RCC). In Addition to her Professional Coaching Certification which she gained in 2006. Ronnie completed own leadership training throughout her 20 year career working for IBM and also took part and Graduated from the CTI leadership programme which was held in Spain during 2006/2007 and which completed in September 2007. Ronnie is currently employed by IBM as a Sales Transformation Coach and has worked for IBM in the UK, Ireland and South Africa for 19 years. Her experience is in Sales, Sales Management, Commercial, Marketing and Strategic Change. She has worked as a consultant in Financial Services and as a Business Development Executive in both Stratgic Outsourcing and Business Partner Channels, Her 19 year career with IBM has seen her work on services contracts delivering services to IBM customers and manage hundreds of million dollars of Services Sales.
